Aquatics Classes
Arthritis Classes: You will be led through flexibility, range of motion, muscle strengthening exercises and endurance-building activities developed by the Arthritis Foundation and the Aquatic Exercise Association. Depending on your experience and comfort level in the water, you can participate in classes that vary from Intro to Arthritis to Advanced Arthritis.
H2O Aerobics: Classes range from low to high intensity aquatic aerobics and finish with a cool-down session involving range-of-motion exercises.
Swim Lessons: Private or semi-private swim classes are taught by certified instructors to swimmers of all ages (including children) and of all ability levels.
