Post Rehabilitation

Our unique Post-Rehab program offers individuals who have completed a course of physical therapy to continue their exercise program using our safe, one-on-one personalized method. This program includes:

• A comprehensive initial evaluation

• Re-evaluation every three months

• Exercise programs established to meet your specific needs

• On-going communication with your physical therapist, doctor or other health care professional
